Andre Admits to Theft and Copyright Infringement

Just when you thought Andre Leite Alves could not make himself look more foolish… he surprised us all with another foolish stunt that was even crazier than the previous ones. This stunt of his has many lawyers laughing out loud and now you can too! As you can read on the original publications and on this site, Andre Leite Alves is a very questionable character who’s fraudulent “business” activities deserve the attention of the Rochester community and the internet as a whole.

Andre Leite Alves (frequently interchanged as Arthur Leite and responding from the solutions@awarebear.com address):

“We are sorry about the use of this image. I had a university student graphic designer create that image and was not aware of its copyright. I am deeply upset thus I have already have spoken with my lawyer. Fortunately it was a project brochure that never went to print. The image has been removed immediately and completely from the internet. Thank you for your understanding.”

Mr. Didak and his lawyers receive hard copies of the printed brochures that Andre Leite Alves claims were never printed for his Aware Bear Computers “company”. In addition to taking the required legal steps and Mr. Didak also publishes a full expose on the actions of Andre Leite Alves and immediately shoots to the top of the search engine results pages.

A DMCA seize and desist “take down” notice is sent by Andre Alves Leite to the registrar of stefandidak.com in an attempt to get the exposure of his actions removed from the internet. From the DMCA take-down notice that Andre Alves Leite (owner of Aware Bear Computers in Rochester NY) wrote, signed, and has since been validated as originating from him directly in which he claims that the materials published on stefandidak.com:

“have appeared and have been published over the years in, among other places, web sites owned by me and in literary and marketing materials in several types of media distributed to the public.”

“The website StefanDidak.com currently contains pages infringing content. The search queries, and the search results containing web pages that infringe on my own rights“.

I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the, owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of New York that the foregoing is true, and correct“.
